Director and CEO
Mr.Ravichandran.N is an Engineering leader with unique leadership skill.
He brings to the table over 25 years of experience in handling R&D groups
and engineering centres with integrated engineering capabilities for the Automotive Industry.
Having worked with top Tier 1 MNCs, as Head of Engineering Centres and Resource Management
for TATA Group companies, he is driven with a zeal to identify and to
follow the screening process to identify the right engineering professionals
for the Automotive industry.

National and International network in the Automotive sector that
Mr. Ravichandran has built over the span of his career,
while he was associated with several multinational firms as a senior level executive.

Venkataraman CS
Mr.CS Venkatraman is legendary in the Indian Automotive Industry, having spent more than three decades pioneering its growth across various verticals. Having joined Tata Motors Ltd in 1974 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, he rose through the ranks to become General Manager and heading the prestigious Electrical & Electronics wing, Engineering Research Centre, Pune. During his tenure at Tata Motors, he led teams of more than 300 engineers across departments, such as Vehicular E&E, and Electronics; designed and coached advanced engineering projects and control products in EE Architecture, EEDS, IVN, Diagnostics, Telematics,, ECUs, and EV controls etc; lead a representation of the company and ERC at BIS (standards formation), ARAI/SIAM, NATRIP and ISA; and played a key role in development and deployment of world class standards in E&E domains such as Architecture, EMC, ESD, Environment, Automotive Application templates, Indian template design processes, automotive sub system / vehicle simulation methodologies, and EE design processes / V design cycle.In the last four decades, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge, mentoring verticals including Strategies, Approaches, Technology development, Business development, Business Excellence Models, Assessments, Reviews, Proposals, Systems/Products design/development, Standards, Specifications, Quality systems/Validation, and Global/Local OEM/Tier1/Tier2/ partnering/mentoring.
After his superannuation from Tata Motors Ltd., he has mentored large OEMs and design consultancy firms in the areas of technology development, strategies/systems-product development, cost reduction, Design for India programs, and specifications. His talent, expertise, profound knowledge, and life-long dedication to Indian automotive segment have cemented his position in the annals of Indian automotive history which intern adds phenomenal value to Quants, its customers, and its stakeholders.

Mr.Vasudevan.R is a manufacturing industry veteran with over three decades of experience in heavy industry and automotive sector, having worked with organizations such as BHEL., Maruti Udyog Ltd,
Magna International, Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd. as its Chief Executive Officer, Johnson Controls – Korea as its Director, Johnson Controls Summit Automotive Ltd., Thailand as its Managing Director

Turpin-Invernon
Mr.Turpin-Invernon is an European industry veteran with over three decades of experience
in Defense, Telecommunications, Farming Equipment and Automotive industry, having
worked with organizations such as SAFRAN (formerly SAGEM),
Johnson Controls Inc., SPX Corp, Exel Industries, and Cooper Standard.
His positions include Managing Director of Business Units specialized in Microwave
Radio Links and Instrument Clusters in the Automotive sectors,
General Manager of SPX France supplier of Diagnostic Equipment to Renault, PSA, Nissan.
He has always been called to manage demanding situations of change, applying strong
ethics in his actions and inspiring strong motivation in his teams.
Facing situations such as M&A, profit improvement through drastic
cost reduction, always achieving the goals through improvement of the communication
between the different verticals.
His wide experience and European perspective adds tremendous value to iQuants,
